The Department of Campus Recreation has areas available for rental by UH student groups, UH departments, Community groups (including UH Alumni) and corporate groups.  The Reservation Policies address these groups and that information can be accessed below. 

Making a general facility request - Please download the Facility Reservation Request Packet, complete and return to Reservation Coordinator for processing. 
Making a request for Youth Pool Party - Please download the Youth Pool Party Packet, complete and return to Reservation Coordinator for processing. Forms can be faxed to 713-743-9517, emailed to crecres@central.uh.edu or dropped off in person at Room 1002.  

Request forms MUST be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date for processing.  Submission of a Facility Reservation Request packet DOES NOT guarantee a confirmed reservation. All confirmations of facility reservations will be accompanied by an invoice which will include the conditions of use for the facility.

Scheduling Group Tours of Campus Recreation
