trilite* is a coached work-out schedule designed specifically for triathletes who have a pace of 2:00 min/100 yards or slower. Participants must be able to swim 500 yards to be included in the workouts as a safety precaution.

Days and Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00pm -8:30pm
Saturdays 10:00am-11:30am

Cost:
$150 for students/members
$175 for non-members
*Please register by the Thursday before first practice!


Register

1. Go to the University of Houston Campus Recreation Center located at 4500 University Drive
2. Tell cashier at Member Services desk you would like to register for Tri-Lite 2009*
