 FAQs

What is the objective?

Our primary goal is to combine a technique-focused approach to swimming, without compromising endurance. A high emphasis is placed on shoulder-healthy practices, utilizing specific philosophies and techniques promoted by quality institutions such as the Stanford University Women’s Swimming Team, the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, and Total Immersion. We focus on getting the core body muscles to work together for power and speed, thus unloading the shoulders and promoting fast swimming. Most workouts are tailored to accommodate each swimmer’s strengths, or weakness, in order to allow each individual to meet his or her goals. Swimmers of varying ability levels are welcome …everyone can learn this sport! Come join us and be in the best shape of your life!
